Management Team
Todd Masten — President
Todd Masten leads the DemandPoint enterprise, working with clients to achieve greater free cash flow in their business while also driving higher levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to assuming his role as President, Todd held responsibility for all aspects of DemandPoint’s global consulting practice, including the advancement and quality of the DemandFlow methodology. Todd has 15+ years of executive level experience, achieving results by deploying DemandFlow techniques, and advising multi-national clients in the areas of business forecasting and strategic planning, new product commercialization, vendor/supplier relationships, international sourcing and supply chain management as well as expense planning/control and margin improvement.
Prior to DemandPoint, Todd held global operational and strategic leadership roles in lean six sigma, supply chain, manufacturing and project management at General Electric and Stanley Black & Decker. His successful implementation of demand-driven fulfillment systems spanned across system definition, design and execution, and included the industry leading Stanley Fullfilment System™ at Stanley Black & Decker.
Todd holds duo-Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees in Business Logistics and Marketing from John Carroll University, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certifications through Stanley Black & Decker and Wake Forest University and is a graduate of the General Electric Leadership Program.
Dave Cook — Vice President of Business Development
Dave Cook leads the Business Development organization for DemandPoint including responsibility for sales consulting and intellectual property development and refinement. He ensures that sales efforts, services “best practices” and technology specifications fully capture the power of the DemandFlow® methodology. Previously, Dave led consulting service teams for some of DemandPoint’s largest clients, and he has been the top sales executive in the company in multiple years.
Dave’s leadership has been highly beneficial to DemandPoint’s clients, ensuring on-time project delivery, high levels of customer satisfaction and measurable results. Prior to DemandPoint, Dave’s leadership skills were refined as a United Stated Marine Corps (USMC) officer and as a supply chain leader in Fortune 50 and entrepreneurial companies. Following his service in the USMC, Dave began his supply chain career in Intel Corporation’s Supply Chain Leadership Program and built up 12+ years of experience including master planning, S&OP, production planning, product & NPI planning, logistics, sourcing, purchasing and 3rd party logistics (3PL) and transportation program management. Following Intel, he managed all internal supply chain operations and served as the Supply Chain Business Process Leader for an innovative aircraft manufacturing company.
Dave holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas with a focus in Operations Management and Information Technology.
Mike Cavanaugh — Vice President of Professional Services
Mike Cavanaugh holds responsibility for the DemandPoint global consulting organization, focusing on service delivery and execution excellence for our clients. He is also responsible for the innovative expansion and quality assurance of DemandFlow methodologies. Mike has over ten years experience deploying DemandFlow and supply chain management solutions at Fortune 50 companies.
Before joining DemandPoint, Mike served as a Managing Partner at a supply company, where he played a leadership role in the implementation and management of a mobile supply solution that embodied demand-driven principles. He drove results that delivered economic value to partners while meeting the ever-changing demands of customers.
Mike has also held strategic leadership roles in lean six sigma, supply chain and sales at General Electric, Stanley Black and Decker and Louisiana Pacific. During that time he was involved in the definition, development and successful execution of demand-driven fulfillment systems, including the industry leading Stanley Fulfillment System ™ at Stanley Black and Decker. Mike has served on the New Product Development Board for Louisiana Pacific and the Home Depot Supplier Council.
Justin Griep — Chief Architect
Justin Griep engineers and delivers top tier technology solutions. Justin has driven the development of commercial software applications and online services across a wide range of industries and business functions for almost 20 years. With 10+ years of manufacturing and supply chain development experience focused on software and business process analysis and improvement, Justin develops software systems that enable demand driven business processes for a wide array of industries.
Prior to DemandPoint, Justin has lead the successful development of technology products for Telemedicine, Expert Systems, and for industries, including: medical devices, online commerce, real estate, and enterprise business software.
