John Costanza is the creator of the Demand Flow Technology Business Strategy.

Mr. Costanza founded JCIT (John
Costanza Institute of Technology) in 1989 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of JCIT and the Worldwide Flow Colleges until his retirement in 1999.

He is recognized as the “Father of DFT” and as the person that formalized the Demand Flow® Technology and Business Strategy.

He founded JCIT and the Worldwide Flow Colleges to teach and implement the DFT strategy and methodology to enable manufacturing corporations to compete on a global basis.

In 1993, Mr. Costanza published his best selling book, “The Quantum Leap in Speed to Market.” The Quantum leap represented the formalization of the DFT training methodology and is a work that continues to be used in executive suites and board rooms across the globe to create a comprehensive business strategy.

In 1996, Mr. Costanza was awarded the Odyssey of the Mind award.

In 1997, Mr. Costanza was nominated for the Nobel prize in Economic Sciences for his pioneering work in Demand Flow Technology and Advanced Mixed-Modeling.
